Admin Channel Delivery

β° Inactivity Auto-Reminder & Auto-Close Warning
Pings ticket creators when there is no activity, warning them before the ticket auto-closes.
Sends polite reminder if ticket has been inactive for this many hours (e.g. 24).
Mentioned in the notice embed (e.g. 72 hours until automatic close).
Available placeholders: {user} (mentions ticket owner), {hours} (auto-close notice hours).
